NICOS: don't output submitted scripts to output window

As a muon instrument scientist who is submitting scripts from the script generator to NICOS, I don't want the full script-generator template to appear in the nicos output window each time the script generator executes a new row

But someone manually submitting scripts may well want this behaviour.

Unclear whether it's even possible to configure this in NICOS.
