Documentation for adding back capabilities #5

Hello,
I'm trying to determine how to add back some form of map printing and bookmark capabilities as well as remove some of the raster analysis functions. I see that I need to modify the .json file, but it's not clear to me how. I also see the Excel file and I'm trying to determine if it's a reference of functions (especially those that can be added back). However, again, I don't understand what is in the Excel file. Can you explain how I should proceed?
