Orphan Container, Web UI not opening

I installed concierge, installation seems to have been fine but I end up with this error in the attached picture and the web UI will not open.

This is unexpected... sorry you're having this issue. Can you please try getting the latest version and see if it happens again?

I also realized that URL ingest is not working. Is there something that can be done or there is something I am not doing right

I realized also that when I ingest a pdf, I am see a number of vectors but when I ingest a URL, its always 0 vectors and how can I update concierge to the later when I have the old one installed?
