Platform: kDrive Mobile App (Android/iOS)
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new drop box via the mobile app
- Leave the storage limit toggle untouched during setup
- Save/confirm the drop box
Expected behavior:
Storage limit toggle remains off (as when creating a drop box via the web interface).
Actual behavior:
After creation, the storage limit toggle is activated with a default value of 1 GB – although it was not enabled during setup.
Additional notes:
The issue does not occur when creating a drop box via the web interface.
The unintended limit is not visible to the user during creation, making it easy to overlook.
This can - and did! - silently prevent uploads without any obvious explanation for the uploader.
Since I know about the issue workaround is easy.
