The LispUsers module PICK contains this comment:

this TEDIT call is wrong -- it takes the keyboard and the promptwindow prompt is wrong

In current Medley, when PICK outputs to a TEdit window I can still use the keyboard, for example for typing at an Exec. And the only prompt window items associated with PICK, as expected, advise to designate a region for the TEdit window.

I recommend to check whether the comment is obsolete and remove it if so.
