TRANSIT_NEW needs to stabilize a bit longer so as to not crash into other nearby drones.

the output of multi-control in your code but there is no movement in Gazebo, How to resolve this issue

@kashifzr Hmmm. I'm guessing there might be something incorrectly setup with the world or each drone node. I'll take a look over the weekend.
