Description

회원가입시 입력받는 분야로 사용자의 뱃지를 등록해줍니다.
멤버엔티티가 등록되었다는 회원가입 이벤트를 받아 수행

To Do

회원생성 이벤트로부터 회원의 분야를 얻음
분야에 대한 뱃지를 찾아서
회원에게 등록해줌
