RichARCH Adds Kool's Hyprland Dots

We at the RichARCH project are excited to have added an option to install Arch with Hyprland using Kool's Hyprland Dots. This will assist a user in the installation of the fully functional Arch system with Hyprland fully customized with Kool's Hyprland Dots.
