Pepstats Error

Hi,

Following installation, when I go to test Effector P, I get the following error:

Call pepstats...
dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/libmysqlclient.18.dylib
Referenced from: /Users/aonufrak/Downloads/EffectorP-2.0-master/Scripts/EMBOSS-6.5.7/emboss/.libs/pepstats
Reason: image not found
Error calling pepstats: Calling pepstats returned -6

I tried using the --without-x option during the configuration step similar to a previous issue but that did not solve the problem as well. Any advice on how to get around this problem would be appreciated.

sorry to hear this isn't working for you. Are you doing the install on a Mac or under Unix?

Hi Aaron,

I'm sorry I don't have access to a Mac Catalina so I can't help much. Sounds like it's an Emboss install issue maybe related to these posts:
