Is it possible to compile this targeting .Net Core instead of .Net Framework?

Have you tried compiling it against .Net Core? What libraries were used, but not available?

Any chance on support for .net core and when can we expect a nuget publish?

I'm not quite sure when I'll get around to it. I'm hoping whoever did it previously will reappear.

+1 but .NET Core doesn't support C++/CLI and it's not planned to support it so this needs to be rewritten using P/Invoke which is fully supported.

"rewritten" is the right word. This project relies very heavily on C++/CLI interface.
