Please amend copyright notice

The qc.nf is as you say in your README essentially a copy of the code from the h3abionet/h3agwas pipeline. This code is copyrighted. You are permitted to make copies but you need to acknowledge the source properly and copyright accordingly. What you have done -- just add your name and copyright notice on it is not right and is misleading. Please correct the code and amend the copyright notice in your version of the code.
