Any chance to get a newer kdenlive version than version 17?

The current version seems to be 21, going to try my hand with your Dockerfile and see if I get it done myself.

ok, i switched the base image from ubuntu 18 to debian 10 and at least I get kdenlive version 18 now.

that would be awesome! There's a PPA with a newer kdenlive version for Ubuntu but I don't know enough to make this work on my own: https://launchpad.net/~kdenlive/+archive/ubuntu/kdenlive-stable

My development progress so far is in the branch kdenlive_v21, I don't currently have the time, but if someone wants to give it a try I would accept a pull request :)
