Binding `'julia-latexsub-or-indent` to `TAB` breaks region indentation

When I follow the instructions on the README to get back to the previous behaviour which seemed to work better for me, I find that if I highlight a region of text and hit TAB to fix its indentation, it only affects the final line, not the entire highlighted region ( which was the previous behaviour).
