LSP timeout

When working in a large project, the LSP consistenly fails with the error:

Language server error: julia

LSP request timeout
-- stderr--

Perhaps it needs more time to initialize the project? Is there a manner to increase the timeout?

So a work-around seems to run in the terminal the language server before starting zed:

using LanguageServer
runserver()

this will take a while to complete, it seems to cache the indexed files somewhere. Then the terminal can be closed and zed can be started normally, the language server will work now.
