Git_jll: template dir not relocated

Not sure if we want to do something about this, but it appears the path is hardcoded into our Git_jll

Are you using the jll directly or Git.jl which sets all the environment variables necessary to make it work?

I was using the jll directly from bash. I figure we could patch git to use a relative lookup to the executable instead.

Patch aren't very maintainable though if they aren't upstreamed.
