Planned final version.
The idea is that after this point only do tweaks, bugfixing or maybe some small addition as revision releases.
This, ofcourse, may change if after this point some new idea is worth doing or someone is willing to do it.

Things that should be in for this version:
-Mod dependency system rework
-Multilang support
-knossos:// URI support
-ZIP with Random Access ZSTD support for mod uploads (support in FSO too)
-enforce devmode folder structure on all mods (maybe)
-delete/enable/disable optional mod pkgs as user mode (will depend on enforcing devmode folder structure)
