Avoid using sub tables etc, should be one item that will represent a kg-registry item and display everything we have now. Use badges for the domains and leave group by domain if possible

I like it - would want to occupy the negative space in the middle with an icon to denote the resource type, and potentially to leave room for future KG building functions (e.g., a checkbox to add the resource to a shortlist to be refined further in subsequent steps)

• data model
• data resource (may rename this to "graph component")
• mappings
• knowledge graph
• other
