Image caption sometimes leads to image dragging behavior in some cases

Here's a quick video. Sometimes when you click on the caption to edit it you end up in an image dragging interface.

This isn't a big deal to us as you can click outside the image and directly into the caption to regain access to typing that text. (You can see that in the video.) But a customer did run into it and I thought I'd pass it on.

Feel free to close this if it is a #wontfix. I can see how it might be #wontfix as perhaps the caption should be a drag target.

I dont have a good answer to this. I don't have a strong opinion either way tbh. I know its possible to fix...how about we table it for now and if it comes up again I'd be happy to implement a proper fix if that works with you.
