Yeah, I say VirusTotal doesn't detect anything but it's get flagged by Google Play Protect.

i never trust google play protect so i turned it off :p

At this time, Google Play Protect confirmed that Kotatsu Nightly is not a harmful app (no more warnings now), but im not sure with Kotatsu because i dont get any warnings when installing it
