I'm getting a csv file with:
Error: HTTP Status 0

And this in the logs:
TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating '$.browser.version.indexOf')

Does changing your reporting interface to "Classic" fix this?

I don't know what you mean by "reporting interface". I'm running the Script straight from the command line.
Somehow it works perfectly now...
I think the problem was running the script multiple times per minute i.e. sending the request too often to amazon.
