Impossible to read downloaded chaps whose plugin has been uninstalled

Steps to reproduce

As title say

1. download chaps, then unistall its plugin
2. Open a downloaded chap of the removed plugin

Expected behavior

Able to read downloaded chapters even without its plugin

Actual behavior

Can read chapters without their plugins

Other details

Even removed, for example I once deleted Android folder and all my downloaded stuff stopped being readable.
