Short ceci section in Build, Save, Load, and Run demo

** Feature request**
Add a section in Build, Save, Load, and Run a Pipeline to describe just directly running a saved pipeline file from command line with ceci

Also, related but unrelated, fix the feature request template. The space between the * and the F confuses the markdown.
