Removed odt files, now replaced by adoc

#1 Following the changes described in the Multilingual documentation. We have decided that this repository only hosts the software material.

The course manual and system set up instructions are hosted by the CTI-documentation repository and are rendered via https://labviewcommunitytraining.github.io/cti-documentation/en/cti-doc/index.html
