Allowing contract devs to utilized scheduler related features is considered a unique feature on laguna chain. Many aspects about how we expose those features aren't finalized yet, but things to consider includes:

• anti-network congestion, using economic means or restricted by rights or asset-based capacity
• strong correlation between using the feature and appreciating the native tokens
• enable deeper integration through partnership, potentially through oak's unique cronjob feature
• secure filter for allowed calls, avoiding mission critical future-calls to be exposed by hackers that target specific blocks
• fail-safe and error resolve, if the targeted calls was not possible at the time of execution, offer different modes to resolve and carried out an exit strategy
