[Bug]: Centrifuging Certus Crystals for silicon gives broken empty cells

Bug Description

The recipe needs 1 crystal and 13 cells to make 3 silicon cells and 10 empty cells. Said empty cells are broken; they cannot stack with regular empty cells and also cannot be put back into the input.
