[Bug]: Various recipes have a null output

Just looked into a few of these:

• The dye recipe actually is intentional, the Campanion feature list has "Colorable Fires" in there. That's probably implemented with a mixin and the recipe in question, which has output air — probably to be able to put the dye onto the fire.
• The log pile stonecutting recipe is broken from the mod, it has an item as output that the mod doesn't have (recipe ID is "dbe:rec_log_pile_chair")
• Same with the jungle plank stonecutting recipe, funnily enough that recipe's output is "dbe:deleted_mod_element" (recipe ID is "dbe:rec_jungle_tile")

Figured out the two compacting recipes as well: Create Big Cannons registers two recipes to compact the molten metals into the ingots from the mod Alloyed (without checking if that mod is loaded). Afaict these two need to be removed by their IDs ("createbigcannons:compacting/forge_steel_ingot" and "createbigcannons:compacting/forge_bronze_ingot"), I haven't found a filter that removes them (tried various combinations of the input, output, type, and mod filters but might have missed one that works).

So far I haven't found out where specifically the last recipe comes from, but I was able to remove it with the filter { input: ["minecraft:copper_ingot", "#c:glass"], type: "create:mixing"} — haven't checked if that removes any other recipes though.
