[Bug]: Part builder wont work when beside the project table #623

Bug Description
When the part builder is placed beside the project table, any attempt to access the builder will not work. if you try to access it by swapping to its tab in another tinkers table, it will not switch, and any attempt to switch to another tab will not do anything
