Vendors dont work with filters

Whenever I use a filter in a vendor and switch it to buy it wont take the items the filter is set to- Ex: "i set an attribute filter to is tagged: c://gems and it wont take diamonds when i switch it to buy, it only wants that same filter!"

We will probably make vendors buy/sell literal filter items when they are blank, otherwise use them as filters
