Crash when duplicating items within Vendor

Context

Hi, I hope you're all well.
I'm aware this isn't a common situation, but I thought it was worth bringing-up, because it's repeatable:

When creating a copy of a stack [with middle mouse] in Creative of any item from within the Vendor interface, the game/world will crash.

I'm running CreateNumismatics-1.0.19+neoforge-mc1.21.1, with NeoForge-1.21.1-21.1.215
(Within a thrown together custom pack, although I believe this issue will persist)

Hello, I am having the same issue, but instead with attempting to sort either the Vendor inventory or my own inventory when they are displayed together. A crash occurs when an Empty ItemStack is created, throwing io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: Empty ItemStack not allowed. So, for example, if you had 32 logs in one slot, and another 32 in another slot, sorting would merge them and create an empty slot, crashing. But, if you had 33 logs in one slot, and 32 in another, it would not create an empty slot and it doesn't crash. This happens with sorting in both the Vendor inventory and your inventory when they are displayed together. Attempting to blacklist with a sorting mod doesn't fix the issue, and the fact it occurs with vanilla behavior (creative duping) points to an issue with Create Numismatics.

I can see this is the same crash that @Luuccc is having, looking at their crash report.

What mod are you using to sort? In case I can't repro with vanilla behaviour this'll help speed things up.

@techno-sam, I've encountered the issue using Sort It Out!, Client Sort, and Sophisticated Sorter.
