fix: v1.4.1 execute script name (#1297)

**Motivation:**

Step 3 of the execute script does not match what is in the
`upgrade.json`

**Modifications:**

`3-execute.s.sol` -> `3-executeUpgrade.s.sol`

**Result:**

Seamless E2E zeus script
