Client and host communication key should contain the entire cert #26

Currently, the cert only contains the commitments, and index. See here https://github.com/Layr-Labs/hokulea/blob/master/bin/host/src/eigenda_fetcher/mod.rs#L175

however, we need to encode the entire key to ensure someone does not intentionally correct the preimage storage
