Exercise assumes 10 files when there are only 3

### How could the content be improved?

In the [Count number of words...](https://librarycarpentry.org/lc-shell/05-counting-mining.html#count-the-number-of-words-sort-and-print-faded-example) exercise, the scenario looks for the 10 files with the most words.  However, there are only three files in the example dataset.
