Can't read entities data in the block "04-AH-HTL-Ph2-Main Plan Xref +4 To +10" in the attached dwg file

1. open the attached dwg file
2. use dynamic api to read "entities" of block "04-AH-HTL-Ph2-Main Plan Xref +4 To +10". It returns 0. This is wrong.
3. use dynamic api to read "first_entity" of block "04-AH-HTL-Ph2-Main Plan Xref +4 To +10". It returns 0 too. This is wrong.
4. use dynamic api to read "num_owned" of block "04-AH-HTL-Ph2-Main Plan Xref +4 To +10". It returns 42606. This is correct.

Actually this bug was reported from issue #34 in repo cad-viewer which depends on libredwg-web.
