[fatal] DaVinci Resolve "choppy" sound when preview at 2x, and there's no way to playback between 1x and 2x

The word "choppy" is quoted from several users. That choppy sound is worse than any software I've ever used even including ones
running on mobile devices. As a consequence, there's no way to editing podcasts, live streaming archives, or any lengthy dialogs efficiently.
Seems to be a problem existing from their first release. (I don't know, 2010? BTW, today is 2024) Don't know if there is any extension can solve this. Or maybe, try using their $28k hardware?
