It runs on all platforms which support Python and\r\n wxpython.\r\n- It's specially designed for Ubuntu.\r\n\r\n\r\nRELEASE NOTES 1.0\r\n- Notification with text or sound.\r\n- Specification by user: Time interval in minutes, text notification,\r\n sound notification, pause function.\r\n- Full clock control in the user interface.\r\n- Taskbar application.\r\n- Ubuntu integration with the Application indicator.\r\n- Artwork and sound theme.\r\n- Debian package.\r\n- Command line options\r\n- Sourcecode installation.\r\n- Internationalisation with pygettext.\r\n\r\n\r\nDOWNLAD AND INSTALL DEBIAN PACKAGE\r\n- Download the project archive\r\n- Extract the archive to a temporary folder\r\n- Open the <deb> directory\r\n- Run the .deb, the package <mfc1> will be installed.\r\n- You can start the clock with the menu entry, or with the command:\r\n <mindfulclock1 [OPTIONS]>\r\n --start-tna Start the clock minimized in\r\n the Taskbar Notification Area.\r\n --autostart-clock Start the clock automatically.\r\n --taskbar Use the classic taskbar, instead\r\n of the application indicator.\r\n --menu-time Show the time not beside the\r\n taskbar indicator icon.\r\n (With --taskbar, this option\r\n will be ignored.)\r\n --help Show a little help.\r\n\r\n\r\nUSAGE\r\nMindfulClock offers several options. You can define the time interval,\r\na text message that supports your practise and a bell sound. You can\r\nalso disable either the text or the sound notification by clearing the\r\nrelevant input box. All changes will be applied on the next startup of\r\nthe clock (or by pressing the stop button and the start button again).\r\n\r\nThe application brings an indicator applet which you will find in the\r\nupper right corner of your Ubuntu Unity desktop. If you are not using\r\nUnity, you could also start the application with the --start-tna \r\nparameter, which will make use of the traditional systray instead.\r\n\r\nFrom the indicator icon, you can start, stop or pause the clock and\r\nopen the main application window.\r\n\r\nMindfulClock can by configured to automatically start the clock on\r\napplication startup and to start directly to the indicator applet.\r\n\r\nThe main window can always be minimized to the applet by pressing the\r\nminimize button.
