Add alternative timing method component

Similar to original livesplit, there should be a component to add to layouts that shows the currently *not* selected time, ie when the main timer is set to game time, this component should say Real Time and show a timer for RTA and vice versa with Real time -> Game time.

Also maybe have it selectable and include options such as RTA without pauses etc?
