Apart from transcription:

Analyze other aspects with gpt4o (user frustration, bot empathy, crosstalk, think of other metrics)
Analyze sound metrics: Signal to noise ratio, pitch, think of other metrics
Add support for hume.ai api key and proces with that too but ensure that it's optional
