Hey the program doesn't appear to have a specific license attached. You can of course use standard copyright, but it may slow participation in your project.

I'm no kind of expert but I would recommend something that mentions how if something breaks as a result of using your software, it's not your fault as well as something around patents (which seems an ongoing thing with open source software).
