i tested deprecated version

https://github.com/luckfox-eng29/luckfox_pico_rtsp_opencv/tree/master

and compared the result

at 720p
old one shows stable 45fps+

this one(luckfox_pico_rtsp_opencv) only shows about 11fps

luckfox_pico_rtsp_opencv_capture is even worse, only showing 8fps

something is wrong with these examples, not as optimized as the old one
