Question about registering a behavior

I have a question regarding correct way to register my behavior whose complete code is below.

I have tried this way, but the behavior does not get called:

Can you provide more detail? I need to see what is IAppRequest.. and how are you using it? I need to see an example of your mediatR request you are sending. I need to see where you are throwing the exception in the handler.
