Turn dropdown menus with lots of entries into custom dialogs

Selecting/searching values in these is painful especially with filters/scrolling resetting each time you open/close them. These should be made into custom dialogs that offer filtering that stays active when closed and reopened. Specifically SO actions, spawn actions and dialog could really use this as looking for anything in those when you dont already know what you need is painful.
For navlink/spawn actions it could also be helpful if that custom dialog played the selected animation when clicked so you dont have to close the dialog and scroll back up to the test button everytime.
