[FEATURE] MPP & x402 Support #1656

Feature
As an inspector, it would be best to support MPP and x402, so users that develop tools like this dont need to build a custom client just for this.
Solution
This can be applied to MCPJam web app rather than the cli inspector as the chance to use extensions as wallets for the x402. Challenges should be able to be completed in the app or new page.
