Add guidance on how to solve problems to the issue template #337
Description
The MDAKits CI fails irregularly, leading to devs being a bit lost since they rarely interact with the pipeline and maybe don't really now how the registry works.
Because of that, it would be nice to add some things to look for to the issue that is opened upon failure of the pipeline.
For example:
- Check the metadata.yaml is up-to-date
- Check why the pipeline is failing (and where to look)
- A link to an in-depth explanation how the pipeline works (which could live here)
