Create a proper MIABIS specification document following ideally a standard process like the W3C ...
http://www.w3.org/2004/02/Process-20040205/tr.html ... or mimicking the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) specifications (ie. https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2445.txt). Also have a look at examples of W3C community profiles (ie. http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/hcls/notes/hcls-dataset/).
