Enhancements

@Drakulix I have some enhancements to discuss. The first one is a better user management, which depict the CRUD features to an admin. The second feature could be a statistic page, where users can see how often a package is downloaded or updated. In addition to the statistic page, there could be notifications (email or atom feed).

Could you open separate issues for both of these suggestions, both with detailed explaination why you think this feature is necessary and how you would like to see it implemented.
I am not sure how much of my work time I may dedicate right now into developing new features for hazel as I got to finish another project at first, but I would like to discuss and develop these ideas with you and then probably add those features later.
