Working default deployments

This release contains the first non-hardcoded working deployments.

I do not recommend changing settings from the UI, but it might still work. The submit button on the Home page will act as a "save" button. You need to navigate to the "Deploy" page and click "Confirm" to start the deployment.

Notable issues:

• Grafana is not yet being fully configured. You must manually add the "og-telegraf" datasource.
• Only one VCSim is being deployed. Edit the default telegraf.conf and remove the second deployment to get rid of the validation errors.

Additional items:

• Added a spooky ghost for any error messages in deployments
• Fixed an issue where the UI only worked with endpoints running HTTPS

Initial combined release

Release contains a linked ui and backend.

Open powershell or cmd and run .\OmegaGraf.exe

Notes:

No auth. Enter any value into login field.
No submissions through the UI. Submit = Save.
Deploy tab visible for testing.
No Linux build right now.
HTTP does not work, please use HTTPS.
