Where one could find the Source Files before the compilation into a Portable Application (PortableApps)?

I would like to create a separate file for 32 Bit and for 64 Bit.
It allows running them in tandem which is useful (Each with different set of extensions, settings, etc...).

I really want to build separate PAF for 32 Bit and 64 Bit.
