Turtle doesn't add mined blocks from CC: Tweaked to inventory

• Detailed reproduction steps: Using turtle.dig() with another turtle in front. The mined turtle will not be added to the mining turtles inventory.

When will this bug be fixed? It’s making my quarry program useless as it relies on the turtle breaking turtle function

This is a duplicate of #25. It was fixed by commit 8670578, but there hasn't been a release build to include the fix since then.
