Adapt run-metatests.sh to TF-PSA-Crypto. This depends on Move misc. "easy" scripts to the framework mbedtls-framework#87.
Update or add CMakeLists.txt in programs/test to build the metatest program. This depends on Move some files of programs to the framework mbedtls-framework#112.
Call run-metatests.sh in relevant all.sh components (check mbedtls:development).
