[Bug]: Datepicker triangle symbol is shown at bottom instead of top

Steps to reproduce & bug description

1. Scroll the datepicker text field to the bottom of the viewport. For example like this:

2. Click into the datepicker 3. Scroll down and check how the symbol is shown

What is expected?

The small triangle is displayed at the top of the datepicker pointing towards the field.

What is actually happening?

The small triangle is displayed at the bottom of the datepicker pointing away from the field:

Can you define the parameter StaticPicker="false"?

Yes, but then the DatePicker scrolls with you on the page which is not the behaviour I want.
I know that it is to be expected from setting StaticPicker=false.
